5) Ensure loan fit's lender's guidelines prior to submission
6) Email processor when to order appraisal (Processor will order)
7) Lock Loan (Includes re-locks and extensions)
8) Provide processor with lender name, loan program, rate and credit
1) Issues initial broker and lender disclosures (Federal and state)
2) Submits file to lender, when file is complete
3) Run DO/LP (Only on files ready for submission)
4) Order Appraisal (When LO gives authorization
)5) Satisfy lender's PTD conditions, working with all parties to transaction
6) Doc orders
7) Issue final disclosures, if applicabl
